i ordered toyota fj45 ute 75-84 with 1/4 vent rubber kit. when i opened the box there is not quarter glass rubbers in the box as the description states, so i call them and i am told that it's not included it that kit and they don't have any.they should change the description if it is not included. the price they charge $699.01 for the kit it very high without the vent rubber. i had to pay another $295.20 to get it somewhere else.Very disappointed.

Awesome team down at RSA. Went in looking for rubber for my old dodge. The team had all I needed on hand plus stuff I didn't even think of. They took the time out of their day to explain the items I purchased and how to fit them to the car. Great team, really honest and i couldn't be happier with my experience there.

I bought a seal kit and adhesive from these guys. Most seals were a poor fit, but the door seals were a terrible fit and the cheap adhesive blistered my paint on my doors, now my doors need to be resprayed. Richard admitted the seals were no good but argued my paint was the problem despite Sika brand adhesive working fine. Since my paint supplier confirmed my belief, Richard is no longer responding and has done nothing to help out, hasn't even refunded the door seals.Chinese products backed with Chinese service.
