I was disappointed the fact is my ex partners lawyer not only charged him 4 x less than I paid which also included title transfer , but also had everything completed in a timely manner. It 3 weeks after all paperwork had been signed in late October before Michelle and her team realised that my ex's lawyer had done title transfer for my ex's property after I followed up and let them know. And then an unfortunate and sad loss prolonged it even further and at leaset now the transfers are complete .But I definitely would not recommend to to my friends or family.

I had a urgent matter and went to them for the first time and they were able to fit me in last minute on a Friday afternoon before my Monday Settlement. They understood the urgency and did everything they could to help and were not overpriced. without hesitation, I'll take all my legal requirements straight to Michelle from now on.
