Just want to say a massive thank you to our sales agent Aaron from Easystart. While we are only about to build we cannot fault the service that the team from Easystart/Summit have provided us so far. From our initial meeting... We were honestly expecting a two year plan... We walked away with the plan to build sooner than expected... 6 months down the track we have found a dream block which we are about to settle on next week. I just wish we started the process sooner!! Aaron has been attentive throughout the process. No question was never unanswered, all our phone calls and emails were answered promptly. Melissa from prestart was a dream! She made the next stage easy! Again prompt replies.. Excellent advice, moving through this stage was a breeze. We were always kept up to date with the whole team throughout the preconstruction stage.. Hope this continues through out our build. Absolutely professional service which you can come to expect with a builder that cares about fulfilling their clients dreams.

EasyStart/Summit have made our home build so less stressful than ever anticipated, especially in light of post-Covid building delays where so many other companies are letting people down so often. Everything from the original consultation with Andy Olsen, to pre-start with Kayleigh Humphries and final construction with Pascal Kuhn went so well. Even with a little supply/demand hiccup in the middle, our home was finished within the time anticipated.Andy was amazing. We went to him thinking we'd never be able to get this happening and left the first consultation with a hold on a block of land exactly where we wanted! Never once did we feel pressured, his enthusiastic approach and can-do attitude was catching. He helped us design our little home to fit the odd corner block we chose with no problems, and then found us a broker to get the ball rolling. Andy was in constant contact, always with a sensible solution if any hiccups occured, always delivering on his promises.Kayleigh was a delight, helping with pre-start and our very many 'extras' and changes we wanted. Her eye for design was invaluable. I had done a lot of research on what I wanted and she didn't blink an eye when I strayed from the standards, whilst at the same time helping us stay in a sensible budget.We got Pascal as our construction supervisor part way through our construction after our previous construction supervisor left, and he was the best, a true quality human. He always responded quickly, always put us at ease and never made us feel like our questions were irrelevant. He even took a photo of us outside our new home on final PCI - that very special, first photo!The whole team at EasyStart / Summit are fabulous, from the initial phone call, to collecting the keys, the quality of their staff is reflected in the quality of their homes. We couldn't be happier.

I have just completed the pre construction phase of my build. As a first home buyer I had lots of questions and queries along with my doubts. The team at easy start made it a painless experience and was able to move my build to the construction phase relatively quickly.

Shawn Lewis and Easy Start Homes showed great care and knowledge when assisting us with our first home build. Shawn went above and beyond to find us the perfect block of land and the right type of property for us. He was realistic and honest but also listened to what we needed and wanted. We had tried and failed to build a home a number of times, for various reasons. By the time we met with Easystart Homes, it felt like we were just going through the motions and were expecting problems and for everything to be difficult. How wrong we were. We met with Daniel Lewis at Easystart and from that very first meeting he was attentive, he listened and he made good on everything he said. He is an honest and straightforward building professional that guided our build with unbelievable ease. Daniel introduced us to an incredible broker and was always available for help and advice. He introduced us to an amazing team of people at Summit Homes, including Jade who helped us with Pre-Start. Daniel and his team listened and were not pushy. He said he could help us build a home we could stay in for years and he did not let us down. In all honesty, we are amazed at how easy this has been, and the home is better than we expected. Backed by the power of Summit Homes, the design and inclusions are all of a very high standard. We would not hesitate to thoroughly recommend Daniel and Easystart to anyone looking to build.

Daniel has been amazing throughout our entire journey! He has well and truely gone above and beyond for us, clarified any question and concerns we had (which wasn’t many as we felt very comfortable throughout due to Daniel’s expertise).Daniel is very knowledgeable in his department and there wasn’t much he didn’t know which allowed us to feel comfortable.As we are a young couple building our first home with little knowledge this whole idea was very daunting at first but the support we received was more than we expected and could of asked.Seriously cannot recommend Daniel and summit homes enough!

I met with Aaron in early March 2023 for a casual chat about home ownership, carrying the thought that the possibility of building a house was out of reach for me as a recently divorced single Dad.Aaron explained all my options and looked at my position and said that I actually do qualify for Easystart.Since that initial meeting all my contact and dealings with Aaron and Easystart have been nothing short of amazing. They have gone above and beyond for me. Being a shift worker they have worked with my schedule, Aaron has worked on his days off to make sure all my paperwork was completed on time. The whole process has been so enjoyable that I couldn't recommend Easystart and Aaron high enough.From an informal chat with in March my slab will be poured in a few weeks. I'm so glad I sent that email.

My experience with Easystart Homes has been nothing but great so far. Cameron Illingworth, my consultant who I met at the Brabham display home has been excellent. He helped me with the design of the house, showed me what I was able to get and worked within my budget to give me what I wanted. Deciding to build your first home can be very daunting and overwhelming but Cameron made me feel comfortable and at ease about going through the whole process.
