Car was making weird noises, brought it here and it was diagnosed efficiently yet thoroughly and accurately after the owner/son took it for a test drive. He gave me a quote within reasonable timeframe without being pushy. They fixed the issues and as per my request they even brought out the parts to explain what was done, it’s functions etc. Old fashion service, so friendly. I trust these fellas and will continue to service my vehicles here.

Nice enough bloke , terrible comprehension . I asked got a flywheel nut removal and got a few hundred dollars of services tacked on. Grinding of a crankshaft (!?) 830AUD for asking for a flywheel nut removal. In trades I am used to being asked if further services are required by phone, whilst here I was never called to alert me that the job was even done. Won’t be coming back , as good communication in business is required. Be sure to get a sign off on the work you request here. To top it off said he „didn’t see why not“ when I asked if the case can be used again. It can’t . And every single machinist and mechanic I have asked said it’s junk… I’m used to quality engineering, perhaps I am spoiled.
