Follow the sunflower signs as you get closer. Located in a place called Dunnstown and not far from the Kyral castle. Entrance is $10 per person and $4 for each stem of flower cutting. A good detour if you happen to be around the area. There are plenty of sunflowers to take pictures with and to bring home as well. Bring your own secateurs to avoid paying $5 for rental. Do go early as it gets quite crowded and had noticed that some spots were nearly empty of flowers.

Fun little trip just outside Ballarat - child & dog friendly. Reasonable entrance cost and per stem costing. Great views and photo opportunities, plus you can head home with a beautiful bunch of sunflowers at the end.

I found out about this place from a friend as I was asking if anyone has been anywhere in Victoria to a sunflower farm. I haven't been yet but hope to next season which is around Feb/March time. From their website and information online and from my friend I know this much: There’s a $5 entry fee, which includes your first picked sunflower. After that, you can grab sunflowers for $2 per stem. There’s no limit on how many you can purchase. The farmers have encouraged visitors to wear boots, bring your own secateurs and take some pictures out in the field. The farm is pretty rural so there aren’t any bathrooms and you will have to look out for snakes. The farm is located at 57 Ditchfield Road in Yendon, near Ballarat. It’s about a 1.5 hour drive from Melbourne. Check the Facebook page for more information before you visit or their website and sign up to their mailing list.In late February early March depending on the season the Britt family open the sunflower field.. Visitors can walk through trails, pick sunflowers and take as many pictures as you like!Due to Covid-19, things will be a little different this year in the field. There is lots of space and fresh country air so a great place to explore with the family while adhering to social distancing guidelines.

The best event in February and March, at around 110km away western of Melbourne. Beautiful golden color over the field, more than 200,000 sunflowers get ready for you to pick up over summer.Currently(9/2/2021) is about 1/3 sunflowers are in blossom, but you still can got beautiful pictures and pick your own sunflowers for $2 per stem.Suggestions: observe the weather forecast, choose a sunny day, this is guarantee you will got a excellent photos. and bring your own tree pruning scissor for easy cut. Ticket is $5 for over 5 years old.** The current entry address is: Navigator-Dunnstown Rd, Dunnstown VIC 3352,LOOK FOR THE GIANT SUNFLOWER WINDMILL!GPS coordinates 37°35'59.5S 143°58'04.6"E"

(Guys great place for a Valentine’s Day or to get out of the dog house)Cool experience, good place for Insta pics. Well priced for the experience But there’s a small additional price per flower if you take them home, bring something to cut them or you can buy shears there’s, coffee and food available or take a picnic.

Great place to take photos. Bright up your heart and brings you big smile when you are there. Just advice to take your garden clipper with you if you have one at home to cut the flower. You better start early in the weekend as gets busy.Choose good weather day, wet ground could be hard to walk around.$5 enter & $2 /each picked flowerI saw some people just passed the exist , not lined up for pay??And a staff miss charged flower.Just check right charge or not? In case.

enjoyed picking the sunflowers but $10 per person (even Kids) to get into a paddock is way too expensive. Then you have to pay $4 per sunflower!
