Expr3ss!

I have been using Expr3ss now for over 4 years and I can’t stop raving about their exemplary service and the software. Credit to an amazing team who are so efficient and quick to respond and a real pleasure to deal with!!! The software is the best and easy to use and does everything we need! What more could you want!

I was lucky enough to have had a meeting with Carolyne in the Expr3ss! offices a few weeks ago. It was great to see how the Expr3ss! brand and culture is extremely well represented through the clever use of space and colour. This created a fantastic energy in the office, the likes of which is often hard to find. I can highly recommend checking it out for yourself.

I recently applied for a role via the Expr3ss! recruitment software and was very pleasantly surprised with how seamless the experience was! There was no repeating your experience over and over again and the questions really focused on my abilities related to the role as well as various transferable skills that would be useful for the role.

I have installed this software in multiple companies. It is the most amazing bit of tech I have ever used. It's totally unique in it's relating to the user, it's kind of higgedly-piggeldy like real recruiting is, it doesn't try to force rigid linear processes and structures on you, can can skip about. The posting to 17 free job board is brilliant, you sometimes get amazing candidates from boards you have never hear of. The candidate matching system is excellent, I always interview the candidates that Expr3ss! tells me to because it is at least as good as I am (after 20 years experience) at picking them. I truly love using this product. I think it makes me a better recruiter, certainly a more time-effective one. (disclaimer - as a contractor I was paid to shoot a couple of how-to videos from a HR manager's point of view for these guys in 2018)

Super Effective! Time Saving! Excellent communication!I love how easy it is to get around the system. The time you save in advertising, communicating and onboarding is amazing. Even though I don't use the system everyday i find that each time the interface is so simple to get around.Expr3ss are always updating the software as well to benefit the users, the time saving is huge. From activating job ads, short listing, communicating etc. Expr3ss makes all the tedious things so easy and streamlined

I have been an employee at Expr3ss! for over a year now & almost all those days have been school days. By that I mean, everyday I have learnt something new. Had a meeting at Expr3ss this morning and was blown away by the office space. Love the colours and how they've used the space, very bright, innovative and energetic workspace. You can tell they've put real thought into how their team will use the space for both work and casual meetings. Left with a LOT of idea's on how to improve our own office space and, as always, a buzz after meeting with a very smart and positive team of people.

Can't rave enough about Expr3ss! As a contractor, you're often 'forgotten' when team events are on, never at Expr3ss! I have been a part of them T3am for well over 7 years and have been included in Customer functions held in Adelaide, and flown to Sydney to participate in Christmas functions, anniversaries and general celebrations!As for their software - it's amazing!
