The most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with a company!1st- I was promised my garden would be done before Christmas, it was not until mid February2nd- guys not showing up with no contact or showing up for 2 hours or so.3rd- harassed my tenants when they did finally finished what they assumed was a acceptable job for the final pay, knowing I was in Thailand.4- The actual job looked like it had been done by a child! My gate was put on the wrong way, had random holes drilled in it and the off cut just left in the vacant block next door , the cuts on round my paving where absolutely shocking, my fake grass just laid over down pipe gutters, cut short and sitting high where it meets the paving.The list goes on5- when mike the owner came out he walked round agreed it was a dreadful job then just wanted to know what money I was willing to pay, to which we agreed 2k if he replaced the wheelbarrow and shovel that was taken from my house and he dropped me up 2 leaves of pavers so I could repair the job!He replaced the wheelbarrow and shovel but no pavers and now doesn’t answer or return my calls!Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy!
