Worst experience to date.I have been doing my lashes for a very long time and haven’t ever had an issue. Today I had to try someone else as I couldn’t get to my regular lady.From the moment I walked in I felt uncomfortable- I should’ve seen it as a sign but silly me just went along with it.The women that did my lashes seemed to have not known what to bloody do. She stuck all my lashes together, I was crying in agony - the side of my eye is burnt with whatever she put on it.She didn’t apologize, rather left me there to deal with it on my own.COMPLETELY USELESS - I should’ve looked at the reviews before I stepped foot in this incapable place.

Nail artists not even qualified to do nude colour acrylic nails.Length does not match both hands. Too thick. Surface uneven. Edge very messy. (Would post photos if Google let me).

Me and my friend were regular customers of this salon, but unfortunately their service became so poor and horrible that we had to leave one morning in the middle of our pedicure. Staff were super rude and unprofessional, particularly we felt racism from them. We are never coming back to get any service.Good luck with this type of poor service .

DO NOT ENTER THIS SALON. I only ended up here as I was desperate to remove my acrylics. They did not offer the proper acetone soak off option. They went straight to PEELING OFF MY ACRYLICS by wedging a nail tip between my real nail and fake layer. This was extremely painful and resulted in a nail splitting and bleeding. They lady working on my nails then blamed it on the fact that I “wasn’t relaxing”. There are more professional salons out there. Please avoid at all costs.

Despite the reviews I thought I’d give this place a go. To say I’m happy is an understatement. The professional service delivered by the team at Nails Boulevard was exceptional and far exceeded my expectations. I had acrylics and a pedicure with shellac. The quality of the ladies work can not go unnoticed. They worked efficiently and did a great job. The salon was extremely clean. I can not fault the service I received from the team here. My nails still are in excellent condition. My phone was going flat and I asked if I could pay as my phone would be flat by the end of the service and they kindly charged it for me. It’s the little things that count! Would definitely recommend!

Never get your nails done here. EVER. This place is horrible and will never step foot again.I went to get a pedicure and while I was getting the service done the lady started cleaning my nails and cutting the cuticles, when she got to the sides she over clipped and was hacking into my nail I was shouting for her to stop and she just didn’t and kept going. Now my toe is infected and super painful.If I could give a 0 star rating I would.

Customer service is horrible, came in there they asked my 6 times if I wanted color even though I said I just wanted a manicure and pedicure. She laughed at my face and talked to her colleague. Staff makes you feel uncomfortable, talking between them making fun of customers in their own language. Poor English which makes it difficult to understand them. Not coming here ever again, you’re just treated like a number

Pretty sad with my nails.. I have given two star because the shape and the nail stick on thing is great. But the lady used a very high power tool on the nail and now the centre of my nail bed hurt.. she applied some nail polish that was almost over and the top coat is not applied properly. Does not look neat very shabby after it dried up with tiny bubbles.. just being honest guys! Please use good quality and thick nailpolish. Colour choice also limited.

I am a regular client that came through every two weeks to get a manicure and pedicure. I will not be returning to this salon anymore. I had my nails done which was good but I gave this place one star for a reason. I wouldn't recommend this at all to anyone. For the lady that did my pedicure, she doesn't know when to stop digging into the side of my big toe because she made me bleed. Now I think my toe is infected I told her many times you’re hurting me and she completely ignored me. Once she saw the blood that's when she stopped. Awful service. Know when to stop!

If I could give no stars, I would. The nail tech (the owner I'm assuming) did a horrible job of painting my nails, my nails also chiped off on the first day I got them (without holding anything heavy or sports) and she had the audacity to charge full payment for her sloppy work. I will never come here again. The photo doesn't even do justice on how bad my nails are. I'm embarrassed for this women.
