So glad I signed up to this gym! It was the best priced gym in the area that I found, yet they have all the equipment I need and in good condition. The staff and even the other members are all incredibly nice, very warm and welcoming gym. Also special thanks to Croydon for all the help and advice he gave me! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great gym! I almost didn't come here because of the last few reviews, all mysteriously left at the same time? But I'm glad I did, the equipment is great and they had everything I needed as a powerlifter, including a comp bench!

Staff are super helpful and friendly and very welcoming. I don't have much experience working out and stuff but have been wanting to better myself and my inexperience has only been met with helpfulness. I couldn't be happier with the gym and look forward to continuing to train here

Worst gym I’ve been too, price to performance is horrible. For the same casual price you can go to Iron Kingdom in Preston near Northland. Rude staff, horrible machines that are partially broken, no working aircon in the weights room. Barbells are bent and the gym is unsanitary

Great gym, very helpful staff!I’ve visited Train Insane multiple times for a casual workout before work.The gym is clean and has everything I needed.The staff are professional and always willing to give advice improving my workouts every time.I’ve completed multiple programs constructed by the Train Insane coach himself, providing challenging workouts with amazing results.Highly recommend the gym!

From being someone who wasn’t a big fan of going to the gym, I started on the TrainInsane training and nutrition program and I am not only seeing major results but absolutely loving it! So happy with this gym and the support of my trainer Croydon!! Could not recommend enough!!!
