A beautiful little place in Daylesford. The food was delicious but the service was even better. Incredibly kind & friendly wait staff who had time for a chat and a laugh. Would highly recommend

Beautiful food with amazing depth of flavour.We got takeaway tonight for in the caravan and very happy.Goat curry was superb, but the butter chicken and naans took it to the next level. Highly reccomend this place

A lovely meal and warm service. Our favourite dish was the samosa chaat. The flavours in this were well balanced and tasty. The seekh kebab was a bit more dry, and needed the yoghurt sauce. We also ordered lamb palak and goan fish curry. Both were quite tasty, with tender meat, but could do with a little more salt.

Happened to visit this place recently. One of the very few places open in Daylesford for a late dinner. The place was quite empty as expected for a regional place on a rainy weekend. The service was great and food too. Prices were very nominal. They had great variety of options to pick from. Definitely recommended

A group of us dined here on Friday night & were so impressed with the food. Being Indian myself I am particularly critical of Indian food but all the dishes we ordered were lovely. The curries were all different & the level of spice was perfect. The particular stand out dishes were:- Samosa Chaat- Butter Chicken- Beef Jalfrezi- lamb kormaThe service was so fun & friendly & we loved that we could BYO as well. We will definitely be back next time we’re in Daylesford.

Wonderful food. Service with a smile. Reasonable prices. Excellent garlic naan and samosas, but everything we ordered was delicious!

A great surprise in Dalesford with excellent food. We love good quality, homemade Indian food and Spice of India was exactly the high quality we love. We had goat vindaloo which was perfectly mild and balanced. All our dishes were. Very friendly and professional staff and very clean and well appointed.

The food was tasty and fresh but the service left a lot to be desired. Our original order wasn't delivered in full after a long wait, and when we highlighted the problem the rest still didn't appear (after another long wait). Obviously short of staff on a public holiday but then why keep accepting dine in and take away orders to make the problem worse? I would have rather you tell me upfront that service will be slower due to issues, rather than trying to give me a long list of excuses at the end of a disappointing experience for my family.

Very friendly service! Our server was polite and helpful. The food was tasty but could have been fresher and slightly more flavourful - that being said it was definitely not a bad experience, we would visit again when in town and recommend anyone stop in for a tasty meal!
