I bought some wine from Cellarbrations in Deniliquin, I loved it so much that I tried to get it elsewhere to no avail. As we travelled further North I rang Deniliquin Cellarbrations and spoke to Troy. Troy bent over backwards to source the wine, being a local wine he managed to liaison with IGA in Jerilderie and have it available for pickup on our way home to Victoria. I don’t usually post reviews but felt the customer service from Troy was outstanding and refreshing in a world where a lot of employees have lost the gift of making a customer feel special and worth the extra mile. Thank you Troy, your efforts were very much appreciated.
