Rainbow Nails

The worker didn't do that bad on my nails, but she cut my finger with the drill, and she didn't even get the colors right. Some of my nails weren't the same shape, although it was pretty good, but I also might give them another try at it. But when I went home, I Relies that one of the nails were chipped and I had to fix it I think I regret my decision and it was a disaster. So, I do not RECOMMEND. I would rather go to Hollywood Plaza nail salon coz I bet they do it better.

this nail salon is the worst! i am never coming to this nail salon again! my nails are not painted the same and application is terrible. i am getting my nails taken off as soon as possible cause i hate what they did. rude customer service and overpriced nail services.

Very disappointed as I paid $85 for refills whilst got more on my fingers than my nails, asked for a design and messed it up and made half of my nails different lengths. I have now gone to a different place which cosy me more money to correct to poor work that was sone

I literally got my nails done but the colours are completely different and the size is fked i would never go to this nail salon ever again

The 5 stars is for the general staff, do a great job. Never had bad Mani oe pedi from there. Manager , at least the one I dealt with needs BIG ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT!!I actually witnessed this person throw on of those plastic hand nail colours and design in the face of an employee. When I said it was inappropriate got told, she was her cousin!! I found this a little beffudeling, even if I misunderstood and it was in fun, the employee was NOT laughing, and the manager had a very angry, thundering face. I did say that cousin or not Employee abuse should never be ok! Cousin or not. The manager then stood at cash register, waiting for me to pay, perhaps this person thought I would do a runner!! I declined to pay this person, and paid the lady who did a wonderful job for me, and I did say that staff NEVER have to put up with that or any kind of bad treatment from a so called manager, cousin or not NO excuse!! I even had to tell this manager 3 times to step away from me and my personal space, perhaps intimidating me, no way!! I will never go back there, I won't tolerate behaviour like that, but as in all things it's your choice. As I said the general staff do a great job and had always been pleasant to me. Just avoid angry managers, intimidating behaviour , oh and of course flying plastic hands. Congrats to staff, manager, think again!!!

Got a refill with shellac. She didn’t do all of them the same shape and she cut my finger with the drill. She hardly put any acrylic on. When i got home i noticed she didn’t even put the polish on properly so is chipped and coming off and only one day old. I won’t b going back there that’s for sure….not happy at all!

Got my natural nails done SNS, she made the nail quite thick, I asked her to file them down abit, she then filed underneath therefore filed the real nail instead of the SNS. She was lovely however the work wasn’t good at all.
