My first time at salon and therapist was running late …My pedicure was very average with a-lot of other clients around and therapist under pressure to catch up timeI did choose a nice bright red for my polish and very happy with colourOn the day I wore the appropriate footwear so polish did not smudgeThe next day my polish was already coming off .. so disappointing

Was given a beauty voucher via email by a dear friend. Booking online was not a problem, so booked for a Saturday morning for my pedicure. Arrived a little early and completed the sign in paperwork. Was taken to a seated area but couldn't see those large massage chairs you generally see in beauty/nail salons. I noted a very large silver bowl with water in. This was for me! You soak your feet in that mixing bowl. It's not comfortable as you cannot place your feet flat. I was nervous of moving suddenly in case I knocked it over - I usually treat pedicures as my relax time. The young lady did a nice job but there when I asked about drying the polished toes in the air dryer machine she said no as the machine was for shellac? There was no foot massage, no quick drying spray offered and I had to ask her to help me put my sandals on so I didn't mess up the still wet polish. This was the $60.00 pedicure. It was not worth that value. Luckily it was hot on Saturday. When I left I had to stay in the sun for about 40 mins to ensure the polish dried enough for me to get home. I actually saw other clients that came in after me whilst I was waiting.

I really like coming here. They are all so friendly. I’ve had spray tans here they are perfect at them. I had make up done there for a party & received many compliments on it. The massages are so relaxing I’ve dozed off. And they are the only place I’ll get my eyebrows waxed.

Vanessa did a beautiful job of my nails for my wedding, will certainly be returning!

I have been a client of Wodonga Beauty Room for 2 years now, and have had a variety of services including facials, skin appointments, brows, lashes and mani pedis. Each and every appointment I've had I've always felt welcome and listened to. I always leave feeling relaxed and happy with my service and result. I like to stick to a regular staff member so I know I'll like what I'm getting but over two years and different reasons I've had appointments with a number of the beautiful WBR staff and the consistency across the team in client care and skill is strong and clearly something the team is passionate about maintaining. Even when pregnant, the staff were so accommodating and understanding.Steph, Vanessa, Mariah, and Nikita are the main ladies I've had treatments with but I'd be confident to book with any of the staff there.Thanks WBR! ❤️

Wodonga Beauty Room helped me with my really dry skin postpartum by doing a skin analysis and getting me onto the Dermaviduals products which I still use today. Vanessa has touched base each time I’ve come in for my eyebrow waxing to check how everything is going and has always been so lovely and accomodating. I also enjoy getting my eyebrows died and waxed by Koula regularly who is a wizard at what she does! Love coming to WBR and always recommend them to my friends looking for all things skin, makeup and waxing.

I have been to the Wodonga Beauty room for many different services from waxing to eyebrows to the perfect tan. Every time I have stepped foot in WBR I am greeted with warmth & each service is carried out to perfection. The beautiful girls at WBR did my tan for my wedding as well as helped prep my bridesmaids for the day. I can’t recommend the team highly enough at Wodonga Beauty Room!

WBR has been the go to spot for all my skin needs (products included). I love the team, Olivia has really got it under control and the hospitality and service the girls provide is exceptional. It’s like walking in seeing your girlfriends and it’s a really nice, warm feeling. I trust them to look after me and my skin health, especially Vanessa. She’s always on it and knows what my skin needs; hence why it’s always glowy and people complimenting my skin! Highly recommend wbr and their hard work is paid off because they’re always booked out so you’ve gotta get in when you can. They’re the best going in Albury Wodonga, so Thankyou wbr! ❤️
