Transdev NSW - South Granville Bus Depot

I was working 5 year as a bus driver, I can say, Transdev is one of the worst bus company in Australia. I would never recommend.

Dropped my bumbag on bus when getting off at lidcombe station ,think the driver grabbed it ,thanks for handing back in ,I are almost honest, hope in joyed cash ,and ,limited,coins took , , anyway thanks , but I paid u ,to get back ,

Abusive, very rude and argumentative bus driver on route M91. Bus driver being aggressive and intentionally picking arguments with passengers over non payment of fares which I believe is also against operating procedures/practices. Also berating and wanting to start an argument with a passenger who signalled the bus at the wrong stand.Definitely NOT the way to handle nonpayment of fares. A more courteous way would be to let the passenger on and ask them to bring their card next time.The bus driver is a driver not a transit officer/cop.Bus licence no M/O 6815.Service 12:15 M91 Hurstville to Parramatta. In a world where people are always quick to complain, there needs to be people who give positive feedback and today I am doing just that!When my 17 year old son arrived home he discovered that he had left his phone on the bus.. he managed to track his phone on my phone and discovered it was at your Grandville Depot. We live in the Sutherland Shire, so it was an hour drive them hoping someone would be there.When we arrive we were greeted by your staff member “Marathon”.. and what an absolutely helpful man and legend! He helped us look through the buses and the lost property and we found my sons phone! At 10.30 on a Sunday night I thought our chances of someone being there, or even finding it were very slim… but we got it..he wasn’t frustrated that we asked for help or telling us to look for ourselves. He wasn’t too busy to help a frantic mum and her so that felt like he lost an extension of his anatomy!Thank you Marathon. Not only are you an amazing gentleman, you are a valuable asset to your company and I hope that the appropriate Managers see this..thank you again
