Worst facility ever . Worked as an agency staff. Staff is in the rush to finish off the work, no care for the residents . Care staff need some education how to work professionally especially during weekends. Done few shifts. Never prefer anyone to work at this horrible place. Staff take long breaks plus expecting everything from agency staff to be done.

Just brilliant.. I can't thank the staff enough at CraigCare Mornington.. My Mother and I were in a real bother today not knowing where to turn after she was discharged from a local private hospital extremely unsettled, confused and not ready to come home at all.. One quick call to the lovely office lady and arms were open and waiting for us to arrive.. My mother has stayed at this facility in the past and was all but welcomed home" and settled in nicely.. Wonderful

This “aged care” facility is one of the most unhygienic, understaffed and mind you -rude, no compassion & hostile care staff I have witnessed. I see the kitchen staff run off their feet, no time to even offer family member’s a cuppa. Highly advise people not send your loved ones here.

HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED! I've recently had a fabulous experience using the respite facility here. After experiencing other facilities in the area, I can not speak more highly of both the staff and the exceptional level of care provided. Very friendly and attentive staff where nothing is too much trouble. A special mention to both Sarah and Kristy also, who go above and beyond to meet out needs. Thankyou Craigcare!!!!!

Newly renovated facility. Fantastic staff. Home away from home with a warm friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended.

The saff are very caring when looking after mum. Administration are very approachable and any concerns l have are discussed and acted on.

Just visited,Met Garry, part of the hospitality team, included within the total staffing.I’ve been to many, many homes over the years. If Garry is representative of the facility, which I am sure he is, the culture here, which starts at the bottom top, is vastly better then the norm.

It is an amazing place to work as I have seen very very caring staff in every single department . The staff cares for each and every tiny little requirement of residents. Staff looks after each other by supporting if any need and that way the operation goes very smooth. I can see compassion when I see a team feed , talk , give medication , dress to residents. I personally feel homely environment in CraigCare Morningtonfrom very first day !

My father spent 2 weeks respite here and it was beyond poor. If you have a loved one and you actually love them, don't send them here. My father has Parkinsons and Dementia and deteriorated rapidly whilst in here. We couldn't undertstand why, but maybe it's because they forgot to give him his bedtime/night tablets! When asked why, the nurse had no idea. Unforgivable in my opinion.Whilst during a visit, two of the nurses (older ladies) were arguing in the public dining room, one saying the place only cares about money. It was great to witness! Unhappy staff for all to see.Whilst there, they recommended my father to start wearing hip supports in case of a fall. They cost my mother $154 and they arrived this week. When my mother came to pick him up to take him home he was wearing used hip supports. Used!His bathroom wasn't kept clean and every time my mother went there was stuff of his everywhere. Did any of the nurses check on him? The business is called Craigcare. They need to take the word care" out.They're plenty of other aged care facilities in the area. Please don't choose this one. The place is a shambles."
