BIG W Top Ryde

I spent over 1.5 in store looking for staff members that could help me locate a stocked product. Unfortunately, no one knew where to locate this product. I had previously bought via click & collect. I had no issues & great service other than this.I will only do Click & Collect orders from here moving forward.

4.6 - I don't normally rate department stores but this time, after a very frustrating time at Kmart, I decided I would pop in here to get the safety glasses I intended to at Kmart. I approached the Service Desk, and after waiting a little while (overhearing the previous Customer raving about how Big W is so awesome), it was my turn. She looked up the item I wanted, and gave me specific instructions as to where it was located. She was kind and friendly, indicated with her hands but also offered another staff member to help me. I declined but the Customer Experience was amazing comparative to Kmart, where I wasted my time. Kudos to Big W. You guys are great!!

I asked a young staff if she could open the baby stroller in the box, she said yes and opened it for me then she left, so I took it out to check whether the parts were complete, and then an old female staff came forward to accuse me,she told me that I shouldn't have opened their products. What I want to say is you should train your staff well.They should tell customers a same answer. Don't let customers be confused.

I ordered a bunch of items for click and collect. Instead of a refund of the item I ordered, I received a different one. Now I have to go back to the store and hope for a refund. Beware

Used the party store today to get 5 helium balloons plus a numbered foil balloon for $33 in under 30 mins. Great service and the team is busy on Saturday’s for all the birthday orders. Thank you.

Don't ever order anything online for delivery from them. I had an item packing" for 3 days lol. Buy In store only i reckon. And yeh their phone service and package tracking system is atrocious. Are they new to online orders?"

We bought Xbox S series which had been keep getting frozen and some of the game frames will be dropping in between where this made us to walk in to the store and requested for refund or replacement, unfortunately the store duty manager and other workers made us to put product for repair order with the Xbox partnered company in order to get full assessment of product within 4 weeks of time.This had been simply forcing us into lack of trust issue with the store and not sure whether I will be provided with proper producteven after a lot of drama where I and my family been through.I requested for replacement also as it was within 90 days return policy, finally we left the place with total bad day and worst day of visiting the store in all these years.I contacted the other store in order to know the policy and procedure but they also did surprised and why this did turn this way for simple refund, also they can't take any action because it's not from their store.Appreciate your support for getting this sorted out

The store has vast variety of products for people of all ages. They keep coming with good offers. Good variety of books for kids and adults.

Not a Big-W I will use again, 11:30am Saturday morning no staff except for one person on the self check-outs of which 2 were not working. If you want to have people using self-checkout at least make sure they all work!

Great store. More varieties than western sydney and well organized with good service
