Price Attack Gateways

I got a wash and some curls put in today at the outlet at Cockburn Gateways. I called the shop yesterday to ask for a quote as I did not want to be overcharged for medium length hair. The guy whom I spoke to on the phone quoted me $60. It seemed reasonable.I got my hair done by Kayla today, and she did a lovely job. I went to the till and was quoted $93.50 - I explained that I was quoted $60 on the phone. Her colleague came over and said that no we don't quote on the phone, the stylists will give you a quote on the day. If this is the case, then I shouldn't have been quoted a price on the phone. She made it seem like it was my fault when really, their staff shouldn't be giving out quotes on the phone. $93.50 for shoulder length hair is overpriced - there wasn't even a treatment thrown in for that price! I would've gone elsewhere for this price as at least I would've received a hair treatment and head massage.I would like this matter looked into, as your staff should not be giving false quotes over the phone, and then told nope sorry that’s not what we do, on the day.

Walked in had three girls at the till, didn’t even bother to greet me or ask if I needed help. Clearly walking around lost. Always find they are rude and not helpful. Only go there for pure convenience. Sick of the service.

I'm done with this place. After my usual hairdresser left, I have had nothing but unpleasant moments every time I went there. Overpriced and poor service. Check your receipts and make sure you ask for a quote before hand. They charged me incorrectly, so I had to come back once I realized it and beg for a refund. Hairdressers whisper with each other in front of clients. You can tell they get stressed/angry when they see a client coming in or when the phone rings, so awkward. Didn't get an apology for been charged more than it should have been and the hairdresser who made the mistake wasn't interested in discuss about it and was rude. Felt really uncomfortable. Unfortunately, customer service is dead.

Great experience with Pam and Joshua! My son had perm curls and number two sides and back. Great stylists, friendly, fun, knew their craft well. Price was quoted before hand and very reasonable. My son loves his new hair style it looks great and we both left feeling very happy. Overall a great experience, we will be back!

I have always been to prove attack to get my eyebrows done and whenever I go in whoever is helping me is always polite and chatty. I’ve been to get my hair done twice and each time the stylists have been patient and really kind. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a salon.

I recently had a full head highlights done with Logan. She did an exceptional job and completely exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend her!! Full head highlights are in general expensive, but Price Attack was very reasonable.

The lovely girl Ahmber (name on receipt) was so warm and welcoming. Gave me all the info and suggestions i needed. Was refreshing to not feel pressured but understood. Can’t wait to try my new products. Thank you Ahmber, definitely an asset to the Gateways store. I will be back! :)

Got a wash and blow dry , very relaxing and didn't take too long either, staff were very nice and professional. I always go here for my hair cuts as they always do a brilliant job and do it just the way I like! Very reliable and always have my hair dye in stock!

Had my hair cut by Markayla today and she did a wonderful job! After having my hair cut too short and uneven at another salon Markayla salvaged my hair and made me feel confident with the new style, she explained everything with the cut and also gave me some tips on how to style as short hair is something I'm not use to. Overall a wonderful experience and very reasonably priced!

I went in this morning for a wolfcut, and the hairstylist Markayla was absolutely wonderful. I have never felt so happy with a cut, and I will definitely be back. If anyone is thinking about getting this specific cut, do it. No regrets. Thank you so so much.
