Ordered a pair of headphones that weren’t in stock and was told they would be in the next delivery, went in a week later to be told they were indeed on back order and that I could be waiting weeks for them. The girl who served me initially seemed like she didn’t want to be there and barely said 2 words to me. Thank you to the lady who gave me my refund, you had no idea what you were doing but you were nice about it at least

The staff need to learn some customer service skills. Both times I have been in here there’s been plenty of staff sighted, they’re just always standing around chatting instead of helping customers. You have to go seek a staff member for assistance and then feel awkward to interrupt their conversation. The staff on checkout do not ask how you are or say to have a nice day, and look like they do not want to be there

I have been a customer of the store for over 15 years and always took extended warranty via Concierge. I hardly if ever used it until my Dyson stick vacuum failed in Oct 2022. I took it to Dyson in Perth and the insurer Domestic and General (D & G) refused to pay even though that fault was covered and Dyson fixed it at their own costs. I then had a problem in Feb and my unit was then sent to Sydney for repairs and it took more than a month to repair. Ten days was due to staff at the store not knowing the process to deal with Concierge and the rest was due to D & G wanting to use their repairers in the east. The store did try to help and loan me a vacuum but not a stick one BUT took no other responsivity because they said it was a Concierge issue yet they the store is quick to take the premiums. I have written emails about the bad service and I am yet to receive a response from both the store and Concierge and management avoid you when you go to the store. I will not be going back to this store and new customers should be weary of the service they will get before doing business with this store.

Twice I have been into this store to look at coffee machines with the intention of buying. Both the ladies that were in that sales section made no attempt to approach me whatsoever. One of them was hunched over a counter on her phone didn’t even look up. The other just ignored. They were not serving anyone else.I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again today. I walked around the coffee machines, stopped to look at a couple of them. Waited for help. Nope, same non response, disinterested, no acknowledgment. I went and spent my money at Harvey Norman in Port Kennedy where the service I received was top notch.

I would like to thank Chris for helping us with our portable air conditioner warranty.He went above and beyond to make the whole replacement of the unit, as smooth as possible.The fast response to our concerns, was dealt without any issues at all.Thanks again Chris.

Where do i start? My sister was getting a new Macbook for her birthday. I called The Good Guys Rockingham and was told by a male staff member that they strictly do not price match and he cannot give me a better price. My mum called the same day and a different staff member answered and told her they all of a sudden can price match! Also ordered a tablet for someone else’s birthday and was told it would arrive the next week… but other than a confirmation email, it hadn’t even moved 5 days later? called a number of times to ask what was happening but was ultimately lied to multiple times and sent in a circle. Terrible customer service!
