Lee repaired some water damaged weatherboards and fascia boards on my house in a timely and professional manner. The quality of his workmanship and his fastidious attention to detail is impressive. Lee cares about doing the job the right way in the first instance, so it will last indefinitely. Moreover, he is an engaging conversationalist and a nice man. I agree that you must perfect your tea and coffee making skills when he is working. I have already engaged Lee for extra jobs on my house as his work makes everything else look substandard.

Highly recommended. I have had Lee do two projects on our house, He is a skilled craftsman who takes great pride in his work, and seems to be able to turn his hand to just about anything. He has replaced an antique style veranda post for me, which he had to mold himself as it was not possible to buy that style anymore. He also replaced a second story window that was very difficult due to limited access to the site. He is creative, reliable, reasonably priced and highly skilled. I recommend him very highly.

Utilised Lee's services several months ago to undertake a variety of repairs to an older period home. Included new custom-made external window architraves; replacement of rotted window sills; repair of a wood corner post on the garage; weatherboard replacement, & design and installation of a replacement balustrade at the steps of our front deck.Lee's attention to detail and workmanship was absolutely first-rate. Highly skilled knowledgeable handyman in the Bayside area at a fair price.Lee replaced a large section of rotten weatherboards, and facia on my older period home. Task was made difficult due to the existing plumbing and electrics being in the way. Lee went to the trouble of hiding the existing pipes and cables under the boards, as well as running a timber for the joins. Excellent result, very neat, worth the extra effort, photo below.My Bifold timber doors have been a problem for a long time, difficult to operate due to a lump in the floor. I got Lee onto it, after figuring out what needed to be done, he installed a new track assembly, cut down the doors to deal with the lump and re-engineered the hinge meaning the door now seals properly.I have found Lee to be passionate, takes ownership the job, no shortcuts and importantly does things properly. His background in boat building and furniture making means he can take on the boutique and difficult jobs and possesses good knowledge of period homes. You’re getting more than your standard run of the mill handyman here. Good communicator, quote before the job (in person), does what he says he will do, no B.S and loves a yarn over a cuppa afterward. Handy if you’re in the Bayside Area, very reasonable rates.

Lee has attended my property twice to repair wood rot in my balcony and then water damaged interior door/window frames. As a Bayside local Lee was very responsive both times in providing competitive quotes and then shortly thereafter in attending to complete the jobs. I was very happy with the results and also appreciated his handyman experience, which seems to be quite rare these days. Definitely recommend.

Lee has been instrumental in getting things done around our home. He is extremely personable, hardworking and creative ! He built a safe stair entry into our spa ensuring his design was in keeping with our landscaping. He is good at everything!
