My Byte South Yarra

These guys were super quick, well organised and they replaced my Airpods under warranty. Highly recommend using them if you are down Chapel Street.

My Byte were incredibly helpful, made recommendations, sorted the problem , and provided timely online communication about progress of fixing my laptop problem. It saved me a trip to to Apple store with long wait for appointment. Very happy!!

I had a pair of Airpods Max that were no longer connecting correctly to my iPhone or MacBook.I contacted My Byte by email and received a very quick reply asking me to drop them off in store. I did just that and one week later they all fixed and working perfectly.Katrina at My Byte was excellent to deal with - super friendly, very professional and strongly customer service focused.I was expecting this repair to cost a fair chunk of cash but Katrina informed me that as they were under two years old and were otherwise in excellent condition, the cost of the repair would be covered by Australian Consumer Law.An excellent outcome.Thoroughly recommended.

I went into My Byte South Yarra with a cracked Mac Book screen, they managed to repair it under warranty so I saved the $850 it would have normally cost!!!A week later my computer is back with me and working perfectly! I can’t believe how quickly the team looked after the situation, couldn’t recommend these guys more!

10/10 would easily recommend to anyone. Customer service and communication is impeccable. Easily found out the problem with my device, ordered the part needed for it within 2 days and fixed it on the third day. My new go to place to fix my apple products.
