Probably the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Absolutely good honest advice. Didn’t over sell or try and carry out patch work processes with more and more costs at a later date like a root canal. Just honest. Michael was brilliant , very skilled and clearly experienced. Left other dental practitioners for dead.

Unlike my loyal grandmother I left Clearly Dental due to my dissatisfaction of Dr Raj Singh. Since leaving I have been able to attend six monthly check up and clean visits without walking out with multiple fillings - in fact I haven’t required a filling since, interesting!! I recently attended Clearly Dental with my grandmother to an appointment with the lovely Dr Ivy. She was so warm and welcoming and both myself and my grandmother were unbelievably impressed! She explained everything in great detail and didn’t make us feel rushed or talk down to us. The reception staff and their patience with my grandmother was very much appreciated. I will also now be returning to see Dr Ivy.

I am a medical doctor who came here some time ago for a procedure which required local anaesthesia. It ended up giving me a facial nerve block. I asked if this was expected and I was told I was imagining it, despite my obvious facial droop. I have documented this with photographic evidence. Fortunately for me, there was no permanent damage as I regained control of my face once the local anaesthesia ran out over a few hours. The dentist is also lucky. It should go without saying that I shall not be returning again. Please remember the proceduralist is responsible for patient outcomes.

In my 75 years of life I had countless dental treatments! But this is the best place so far: from the front desk to the chair everyone is most friendly and professional; as I don't have private cover, Dr Ivy referred me to SA Dental for further evaluation and treatment (Rather than ripping me off!!!) How is that for integrity? Bravo Clearly Dental:):):)

Great service, friendly staff, competitively priced. I've had my teeth cleaned, whitened and re-shaped by Michael, they've always gone above and beyond.

Over 6 weeks and still waiting for a refund for a $100 overpayment caused by a glitch" . Completely unacceptable. Shows a lack of respect. Billing system is clearly faulty. Will insist on an invoice first next time. What if I had not raised the issue? $100 just disappears?"

Great staff and convenient location. Everyone at the practice helped in making my appointment an enjoyable experience and were great with my kids

Went in to get my tea stains cleaned and Jodie did an amazing job. She also got Michael the dentist to come in and examine my teeth and found that there were 3 holes that need to be fixed. I went out to the reception to book an appointment. The girl offered me an appointment for the next day but initially I denied it as I already have plan for that day. She couldn’t find an appointment for me until a few weeks later so at the end I decided to take the next day appointment and make changes to my plan. When I came back the next day 10 minutes before my appointment. I was told by the same girl who booked me in yesterday that there is a computer glitch and my appointment was not recorded in the computer and she has given my appointment to some one else and she can’t offer me another appointment until 3 weeks later. I don’t know how on earth anyone would find that acceptable. Not only she forgot my name, the reason of my appointment and she gave my appointment to someone else although she was the one who gave me my treatment plan and appointment time card. This does not only waste my time but screw me up for the whole day as I had to cancel plan to fix this appointment in. Very disappointed with the service today.

The staff make you feel comfortable; as if they were just your family, putting their hands in your mouth. Its difficult to imagine a visit to the dentist could be any better

All the staff are kind, caring and supportive. From the reception staff to the dentists, they are all amazing.
