Beacon Lighting Bundall.

I wouldn't say we are huge customers of Beacon Lighting but after doing a reno 5 years ago and buying all of our lighting through Beacon, I have gone back in for smaller things from time to time. I can't speak highly enough of the service we've received on occasions since the reno. Only small things but honestly couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. I can't speak for other Beacon stores but there's no reason I would go to any other lighting store other than Beacon Bundall. Thank you...

Would give no stars...walked in to showroom, no other customers, we started looking at lights and needed to ask questions, so had to find someone...can I get some help please yes....what is it you want? We walked over to the tall floor lamp we were looking at, having previously owned similiar and had problems where the base weight and plastic cover disintegrated and lamp was unsafe.Question does this lamp have a solid concrete base...no it is plastic we were told. Ummm what then makes the base heavy so it doesnt fall over, would you mind tipping it up for us. Oh ok, tapped underneath yes plastic coating and solid underneath.So we asked if she could tell us what this lamp base was made of, Oh I wouldnt know....ok then how do we know or how do we find out what it is made of, oh I wouldnt know was the second answer....again. well as customers how do we find out...answer probably look it up online. Yes with that we walked out. We dont come into a store to be told I dont know or wouldnt know or to be told to look it up online. A $350 sale gone Beacon lighting....sadly there are not too many other lamp retailers out there...think I will have to buy online! Or just put up with the $30 table lamp I bought from Bunnings.

I have recently purchased all of our outdoor lights from Beacon Bundall and was extremely happy with the customer service . The lights all look fantastic too. We will be back soon to pick out some fans as well .

The service I received from Kat at your Bundall store was exceptional. She went over and above to help with any questions or concerns I had and she was quick to respond to my phone calls.Kat was a delight to deal with and I will definitely be coming back to this store.

Pretty average experience overall.They have a great selection of lighting solutions but the staff are kinda pushy but pleasant.Prices are fairly average but they have some good ideas and solutions for what you are after.The ranges of light and accessories are good but not great and the quality of most of the items are pretty good.Shop looks great and is kept well and clean.Very well displayed and no broken items or display left on the showroom floor.Didnt find what I was after but they did give me some ideas.

My customer experience was excellent. Michael listened to what I was after and gave me great options and advice. He was really polite, knew his products and was attentive to my requirements. It was 'old fashioned' customer service with a fresh twist. I will certainly return and can highly recommend. A great shopping experience for what was initially feeling like a challenging task.

Visited this store today to purchase approx $400 of light fittings. We walked around the store and not one of the staff bothered to ask us if we needed any assistance even though they glanced at us occasionally. We had to ask for help. The level of engagement and interest in what we were after or needed was woeful. Not an ounce of friendliness. This in fact turned to be the store manager. If it wasn't out of necessity to buy these lights we would have left the store abruptly. We are so disappointed with this experience, it hasn't changed since a similar experience some years ago. So disappointing that Andrews Lighting (down the road) is gone, spent thousands of dollars there over the last year, real friendly engaging and knowledgeable staff, an absolute pleasure going there. Needless to say we won't be back to this store!

Happy with product although pieces were missing. Had to chase up the missing pieces with store. I then made another trip to the store to give Ryan the extra pieces I'd received with one of the two lamps purchased (instead of binning them) to be acknowledged with 'What?' when I politely tried to catch his attention whilst serving another customer. Disappointing experience.

The service from Kat was exceptional, friendly and professional. I chose a beautiful chandelier and because it was not in stock travelled to the warehouse myself and picked it up. Unfortunately in the process of fitting the electrician identified a serious fault in its construction. I then spoke to the manager who then arranged for a replacement that afternoon and it was successfully fitted the following day. I cannot fault the service, however am only giving 4 stars given there were quality issues on what was not a cheap item.

The biggest thank you to Monique for helping me with my Lighting plan! She went above and beyond my expectations and made the whole process so easy. If you are needing a electrical plan I would highly recommend Monique at the Bundall store. It was a very stressful time, Monique was kind and patient with us, we changed our minds plenty of times and nothing was to much trouble for her. We went in not having any ideas of what we needed and Monique offered to come out to our house and help us with a lighting selection. On the day we had so many questions Monique called Andy from Epic electrical and they worked together to answer all our electrical questions. From start to finish this was the best experience and stress free. Thank you Monique for everything you did If you are needing a professional lighting designer I would recommend Monique at the Bundall store.
