I am always super happy with their eyebrow threading! It always looks even and neat. The workers are very welcoming and accommodating.The only suggestion I have is to work on your eftpos availability. Every time I go there I end up needing to walk around to find an ATM machine because your efrpos is down.

Would not recommend! worst customer service! very insensitive. I have done threading recently with other services. But have never had issues with red pinched dots around my brow. My skin is stained brown from the tint and is spotty with colour in the brow. Looks absolutely horrible.

I always come here to get threading and eyebrow henna done. Breet always does a fantastic job and she is friendly and professional. :)The henna lasts for about 4-5 weeks which is great!I've also tried the lash curl/lift and lash tint. This lash work lasts 6-8 weeks and is perfect because I don't wear makeup; so it's like a permanent mascara!I'm always satisfied with the results. :)

Worst experience! Lady was 40 mins late and my eyelashes got taped down for no reason 30 mins prior to her arriving. I wasn’t told she was late I was just left sitting there waiting. The girl who doesn’t do lashes started my lashes then they swapped without telling me. She kept leaving me to do services on other people without communicating anything to me. When you can’t open your eyes you feel super vulnerable and need extra communication! The lashes are so plastic and thick and have started twisting after 5 days and poking me in the eye. The location of this place is also horrible when you can’t open your eyes because it is so noisy.

Partner did her lashes here and she expressed That it was a terrible service and the lady staff were super inattentive. Eyelashes were sore and heavy afterwards (one set were glued to multiple lashes). Wouldn’t recommend to anyone with sensitive eyes or skin as the tapes where put on horribly as well and ripped off harshly.

Could not be more impressed with my last lift/tint by Sajana.Her technique was so professional that I experienced no stinging nor any irritation whatsoever plus the result given my short lashes is extraordinary! In many years of undertaking this procedure this is the best outcome ever. Her manner was polite and efficient while friendly. Excellent service. Can fully reccomend this practitioner.
