I did a bike fit with Rob who put me in a much more comfortable, powerful, and efficient position. Rob and the others are always super helpful and generous with their time, and consistently go out of their way to ensure a great outcome. Very grateful!

Me and my wife came to visit this store on a Sunday and asked if they could do price match for a bike we wanted. They offered $500 but couldn’t do $469. So we went to the giant store they were out of stock. Week after we came back on a Saturday. Teenager curly long hair helped us but wouldn’t price match at all, I told him last week this other guy would do $500 for us but he gave us a look like we were lying. So we left the place never coming back again!

Great shop for new bikes, service and parts. The team is always helpful, knowledgable, great for advise and prices are reasonable.I shop here rather than wasting time online as the price is reasonable, the parts are available and that way it our family can keep riding rather than waiting for deliveries etc.

Friendly guys! Bought some pedals, went home to swap them onto the bike, old pedals were seized and my little IKEA hex wasn't doing the job. Called and then came back to the store half an hour before close and they helped me swap them over no fuss, no cost. Really grateful for that!

Initially our bike was not ready when I arrived to pick it up. But a negative experience was quickly turned into a super positive experience, due to the level of service offered by the manager. We received our bike the next day, as he stayed back to make sure it was built and offered free delivery the next day. We were also offered extras as compensation. After finding out that we ordered the wrong bike size for my boy (thanks Covid), the manager again, offered a swap over and free delivery with no hassles at all. He was super friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The level of customer service he has given me is not usual to find these days and I will always come back to this store for anything bike related from now onwards.

Great customer service! Had a fault with my old bike and brought it in for an appraisal. Elliot from the service department was absolutely brilliant. He treated me like a VIP customer and after investigating the the issues, told me and action plan and the cost to repair it. He was professional, clear, honest, and helpful.I highly recommend that if you have any issue with your bike you take it to Elliot! And I hope his management see this post too :-)

Don't order o line from these scammers, they say it will leave Wearhouse in 2 days well I have been waiting 5 so far and it still hasn't left the Wearhouse, buy from anywhere else as with these scammers you will never receive your purchase

Very friendly and helpful team. Prices are competitive and they’ve got some of the more interesting bike bands (eg Orbea and Scott).

Manager of the Carnegie store Rob, did not engage at all, he was no support and made me feel not worthy of his time. He left it to the kids to sell, no real service or advice, I was told the bike I bought was medium large when it was actually a medium. I'd expect much better service when spending $2.6k on a bike, I wont be going back for service or advice. If you want a good customer experience go somewhere else.

I've had my bike serviced there a few times now and made a few purchases. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the prices are reasonable. I always get my bike back in good shape so I'm happy with what I'm getting. Although sometimes I find the staff forget to follow up with you on queries they say they need to investigate e.g. availability of parts, so you need to stay on top of them.
