My mum had a fall outside this 7Eleven. The staff were so kind, they gave an ice pack with no charge and had a First Aid kit on hand. When we came back to say thank you and pay for the ice pack, all the staff knew about her fall and were pleased to put a face to the story. They refused to take her money. The owner, Ahmid, personally came out when he heard who mum was. He had already lodged a complaint with the council (beware, the pavement on Cooyong St is very uneven due to the trees). He had also looked at the CCTV footage but the incident was out of range. We can't thank them enough for their kindness and community mindedness.

I went to 7/11 Braddon to get 4 dozens original doughnut. I normally had to collect the doughnuts myself, but this time, a gentleman works in that store, his name is Ahmed, did it for me collecting from 8-10 different boxes to make my 4 dozens originals. A very gentle, polite and helpful person, very rare to find in Canberra stores. So happy with his service.

Every other service station, cafe, restuarant and business in Braddon are able to keep their store front clean and respectable except for 7-Eleven Braddon. There is constantly deplorable amounts of used coffee cups, food packaging, drink bottles, decomposing food and cigarette butts littered around the centre. It is disgraceful and when compared to the cleanliness of McDonald's across the road, it demonstrates how little management care.

Probably the worst 7 eleven I have seen. Nothing is never full at the coffee machine. Sometimes it is “Sorry we don’t have $1cups” or sometimes it is “Sorry we don’t have hot chokee lids”. Sometimes we don’t even see sugar servings in the box. And all you get is a person on his headset talking to his buddy. I have to be honest, it seems pretty rude that he doesn’t look and just points at the EFTPOS machine. More like, pay and go. Don’t talk to me. I love the brand, and this store is pretty much not meeting the expectations. I don’t know how the brand is still allowing this.

worker called my slurpee a cup of sugar, don't see how he can judge me for having it at 10am as a broke tired uni student, bloody rude mind your own business not my fault your other machines were broken and i just wanted something to drink with sugar

Terrible experience todayNo 95 Ron fuelAll windscreen wipers missing and buckets empty of water. Asked the guy inside to provide a wiper. Flat out refused. I offered to bring it back to him. Not interested.I had a long drive but the guy was simply not interested.Did ask for or scan my 7 eleven card
