Excellent service. Colman went the extra mile to track down a car battery I was having trouble sourcing and Bailey did a superb job of installing said battery in my vehicle. Very happy and will definitely return here for other battery needs. Great service and helpful advice.

Had a $500 battery for 9months and it had dropped out, took it in.. some young staff member not knowledgeable tried to sting me 500 for a new battery, not helpful at all..Bought a new battery then to be told my old one is fine and needs charge now I'm carless with my battery that's been on charge and is ready but they can't come 2mins down the road to fit it.Not good for battery world ay..

had problems with a battery purchaced form this store about 2 years ago, wife went to them when vehicle was having electrical issues to check battery, did a quick visual inspection said the battery was about 2 years old and it could not be battery, no electronic testing at all , very arrogent towards wifejust took car to ex-holden dealership, diagnose in 30 minutes as battery issue as battery had a dead cell, $400 dollars later issue fixedwill not be going back to this store as the will not back up thereown product and lowsy customer service

Superstar service from the young man who opened the store this morning. We discovered last minute that one of our jet skis had a flat battery and were worried it was going to be a long process to change over to a new one. The man who served us had the old one out and new one in, in less than 15 minutes and we were out on the water in no time. Much appreciated service for a very early Sunday morning. Thanks again!

I went in for a DC2DC charger. The manager just wanted to argue when I asked why the product was $680 in store but $450 online and tell me why I was wrong to think it would be cheaper elsewhere.I just ordered it online, saved $180 and it arrived at my door inside two days. Wasn’t super impressed but better customer service probably would have compelled me to buy instore but oh well.
