nice selection of shoes, especially when they are on sale, here's a tip park close to the shop as the the whole dfo complex is like a maze and you can spend all your time going round and round! could do with better signs and more directories!

Went on the last weekend of February with the intention to purchase a pair of shoes on sale. I found they weren’t in my size, and was approached by Tim. He understood I didn’t want to go above a certain price point, but educated me on what shoes/boots I’d be more suited to. From there he helped me to try some boots on to understand the Merrell sizings. He also educated me on the differences between Goretex and typical waterproofing. From his personal experience and technical knowledge I left with more confidence, and ended up purchasing the Goretex MOAB 3’s online because of him. Tim’s a legend!

Having used my shoes no more than 4 times, the sole seems to be compressed, but for Costumer Service is normal, even tough in the shop they wanted to change it.

I went here in the morning right when the doors opened. Had issue with my MOAB 2 boots. Renee assisted with the return and exchange Of course I had proper receipts.Renee was polite and courteous. She went above and beyond with assisting me. I was happy that all went well.

Had a great experience here with Michael. He helped us find suitable coats and hiking shoes for our trip. He had to follow up on the shoes for my wife and nothing was too much trouble. Great customer service.
