Excellent little purveyor of quality fish. Good gluten free options, especially on Tuesday and Wednesday.Has been on this site for decades but some bad actors had it removed and the history has been lost.

Excellent gluten free fish, chips and dim sims: crispy, fresh, tasty, well done. Reasonably priced, grateful they have gf menu even if it's only available on Tue/Wed as not many places do it at all. Service is okay, order was ready at estimated time, I will definitely come back.

Used to l Iove Research Fish and Chips but they have lost us as a customer. I ordered $112 worth of food which included $10 worth of chips to feed 8 people. There was barely enough chips to feed one person. I rang to see if they'd forgotten to give us part of the order it was that small. I was told times are though and they've had to put prices up.... basically they couldn't care less. I understand that but what i received want even enough as a minimum chips let alone $10 worth. We all finished dinner and were still hungry. Dissapointing when you spend so much and get nothing for it.

Beautiful grilled fish & potato cakes. Great prices & friendly staff. Also the oil they use to fry is very clean. 10/10!

Been going here for 5 years. I have had enough, the hotdogger was not up to my expectations. I had it and there was still flour inside the batter. Also asked for chicken salt and there was none. Great customer service and just need to cook for longer.

Besides being over charged, when I asked have l been overcharged the young girl said lm sure you it's right but after checking l was overcharged $15.80. Too make thing worse the meal was very greasy especially the flake and the hamburger in batter . Never again

Being new to Eltham it’s taken me 18 months to try this place. Everyone’s recommendations swing another way. But I found this to be the best place in the area. From the chips to the fish to the Greek salad. The star rating really doesn’t reflect my experience at all. The complainers seem to be a little louder but I’d highly recommend people to try for themselves.
