Very impressed. Service within a day since the initial phone call. Lovely bloke that came out was incredibly communicative about what was occurring. He diagnosed the fault and the location quickly (unfortunately it was in the worst spot possible), and fixed the problem. Couldn't be happier with the service

After 6 weeks of waiting for a quote on an $1800.00 job, which included 2 phone calls and an email through their website, we, A Men's Shed had heard nothing. Although we were not told they did not want the job we assumed as such and got quotes from other local electricians. The 2 stars we gave Downing was for previous work done and which we were more than happy with
