Walked in with my girlfriend at around 5:10pm on Easter Monday. Literally did three laps of the store looking for a pair of jeans that was on a mannequin. Completely ignored by the two sales assistants on shift. Would’ve asked for help but didn’t want to interrupt what I’m sure was riveting chit chat about the weekend. Took our business elsewhere.

I rarely ever write reviews on Google reveiw however, this one upset me as I was unable to ask for help as I was wanting to try few dresses on that were merchandised up high, but the two staff members that were on Monday 25th, April (morning) were talking amongst themselves about their payslips. I was not greeted nor acknowledged when I walked in and after I tried to get a word into them, they were still talking amongst themselves. I was in the store for about good 5-10 minutes. There was no form of customer service from these two staff members.
