Sadly, I booked these guys to do a roadworthy on my car in Toowoomba, and not only did they not turn up at the day and time they were booked, no-one called me to explain if they had a problem in getting to me, and no-one took my call when I rang them trying to find out what was going on. Needless to say, I've taken my business elsewhere. I hope their customer service improves as there are many other roadworthy businesses out there as I've discovered.

Booked in for a service. This was my second time with AutoKing and both positive experiences. This last time was a routine service, but I clearly needed new brake pads and a battery. He was very thorough and explained my tyre was low causing them to wear poorly but didn't need to be replaced yet. I understood what needed to be replaced and after approving he returned that afternoon to complete repairs. I love that I didn't have to go anywhere and could discuss what was going on face to face where they could show me the problems all while my kids played inside. So worth it!

John was very professional. He was very helpful in giving the best details he could regarding the damage to our vehicle which helped a lot when talking to the insurance company. John kept in touch leading up to his arrival. Spoke clearly and in simple terms. Would use John again any day and recommend him to anyone needing any of the services available. 5 stars from me.

On time and diagnosed the problem in a few minutes worth every cent, Allowed me to take it to a specialist knowing the exact problem and saved me $$$ for sure. The mechanic could have fixed it but the time and availability of parts was tight so I went to a specialist for my car many thanks.

Couldn't be happier. Darryl from autoking, Newtown Toowoomba, came by today for a diagnosis. We had actually cancelled the diagnosis, because we thought we could figure it out ourselves.Darryl came by anyway, even though he'd got the message from hq that we had cancelled. He wanted to be sure we weren't worried about the cost, so he checked our car for free and diagnosed the battery.I already knew it was something with the battery, but Darryl helped us confirm the issue. He didn't have to come here, but he still came to make sure we were alright.That is superb customer service. This is the type of stuff that will have me back on the line with autoking the next time I need any mechanical services. Well done autoking and bravo to darryl. That's a 5 star service.

Living in Brisbane, I needed a pre-inspection done on a car located in Toowoomba. Job was easily booked and completed within a few hours. I received a call from the mechanic (Darryl), a lovely bloke who really took the time to give me his feedback. He emailed me a comprehensive report immediately after the inspection. Top service! Highly recommended!

Terrible service honestly. My brother booked in for a roadworthy to get done at 1:00pm and the guy shows up an hour early without any call ahead to advise, so I was not prepared for his unexpected turn up. Anyway, told me he would be a bit because he needs to take the car for a drive and do a brake test, I said to him no worries. Went around the corner to the bank to get cash out to pay him and on my return his filling out his book calling my brother that he needs payment, first of all I was no more than 20 minutes at the bank and you arrived an hour early unexpectedly. He tells me 'his an hurry' in an extremely rude tone. And then speaks in an undertone so I can't hear what his saying that I would get emailed the roadworthy as from my experience most mechanics give it to you on the spot. I was busy doing other things with my day not just waiting around for your guy to turn up, you showed up an hour early unexpectedly not even a bloody phone call to advise you'd be early. I had to drive up from Brisbane. Also I would have had cash ready if you didn't just randomly show up an hour early. Aye can't imagine who runs this business lol what a joke
