On recommendation of a good friend of mine, I booked into Golf World Virginia last week to get fitted up for a new set of clubs by Dan…Both Dan and Jamie made me feel comfortable, and provided me all different 7 irons and shafts to hit and their knowledge and commitment to matching me with the right clubs was second to none . Made the trip from Mt Crosby well worth the drive. Outstanding customer experience and have already started referring Dan to my other golfing buddies so they to can get the same experience when purchasing new clubs or drivers. Service fail. My 9yr old was wearing a golf hat. Left the store and a employee ran out and accused him of stealing. They don’t stock that particular hat. I checked. Handled very poorly and even worse no apology was even attempted.
