We choose Kieran to conduct a building inspection on our new house in Austral. He was amazing throughout the entire process. Kieran took the time to explain everything to us during our building inspection, putting things simply for my wife and I to understand. He took his time and created a substantial list of major and minor defects which we passed onto our builder. I feel we are in much safer hands having had Kieran inspect our property. Highly recommend!

Kieran did a wonderful job inspecting our apartment as we are going through the due diligence process. He was flexible to work with the agent's timing and explained the process thoroughly. After the inspection he gave me a call to verbally explain everything that was in the very comprehensive report to ensure that we would understand the report he promptly provided and day. He also followed up a few days later to check in if we had any follow up questions on the report. As first home buyers, this was very valuable to us! Would not hesitate to recommend him!
