Very expensive - a 5 minute call out charge to flick a switch with no actual electrical work was $187.00. Poor value.

Wayne and team rewired most of the house and installed a new main power board before moving in, in preparation for a kitchen remodel and so it was done in a timely manner within the schedule we discussed.We asked them back to assist with earthing issues which they professionally considered all the options and the legal requirements we needed to comply with, and were done within the day.

My building company Genuine Building Services have been using WH Electrical for the past 14 years. I only use Wayne and his team on all my projects. Wayne is the most honest, reliable and knowable electrician I have come across in my time in the building industry. This has been passed on to all his staff and he is always in contact with them when they are on site. In all the years I have been using WH electrical I have never had an issue that they have not come back to resolve or explain in detail what is happening to my clients. I have never had one complaint in regards to WH electricals work, after sales service, staff or reliability. I have never actually done a google review for anyone before. I would certainly not put my own Business name at risk in this review if I did not hold WH Electrical in such high regard.
