BCF (Boating Camping Fishing) Midland

Bad customer Service tall young blonde girl doesnt know the product knowledge of Russell Hobbs cold press juicer when I asked her where is the ON OFF button and she straight away said no ON OFF button then I said there must be on off button somewhere but I cant find it can you please help she didnt help me she was over confident that there is no On Off button she wasnt very helpfull and not friendly finally I found little black button behind the machine .she need more training about product knowledge and how to become good customer service.

I always get prompt, friendly service here. They have a great range of stock and they're happy to help. Cameron served me when I was looking for a new fishing rod and was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I was in the car park when I noticed that one of my car tyres was flat. Someone suggested I should go to BCF for help,which I did. This is in Clayton St, Midland. One of the staff,Riley,came out and helped me. What he did was incredible, he was brilliant and I couldn't thank him enough.

Customer service a let down. Called bcf midland at 4.50pm on a Saturday needing to pick up a trolley and ask if we raced down would they hold the doors for 5 minutes as we would be 5 minutes late past close. Was told no problem they could do that. On my way there called again to confirm I was on my way and again made the point to say was running 5 minutes late so could they please have the trolley ready by the counter and was told yes no problem again by a different person. I got to the doors at 5.03pm to find them closed and watched at least 3 men walk from the counter down to the back of the store all the while I stood knocking on the glass door and no one turned around. I immediately called to say i was at the front doors as discussed over the phone only to be told sorry once the doors are closed they can’t be opened again. I made the point to say that 2 different people had agreed to hold the door for 5 minutes on the 2 separate occasions that we had called and was told sorry they can’t make sales past 5. Would have much appreciated the honesty the first time we called for them to say no they won’t hold the door or make sales past 5pm so that I did not waste my time driving down. Poor customer service.

I used BCF Midland for the BCF click and collect within 2h service since they were the only ones carrying the full stock of what I needed (early Xmas presents for the grandkids). I had help from the staff of BCF Belmont the day before to acertain this fact. The online set up was easy to handle and order was easily placed. I got an email confirming the stock was available and my payment received as well as notice that I would be contacted when the order was ready. 2h passed and I hadn't heard from them and my very tight schedule for collecting my order was further restricted by the fact that I was also minding one grandchild who couldn't attend daycare. I rang the store explaining my predicament and they first apologised becaused they had been very busy (it was the 22nd of December), then they immediately checked the stock and assured me it would be ready within the 30mn it would take me to get there with my grandchild. And it was! Complete with another apology and great courteous manners! Thanks to BCF for great service and cooperation between stores.

Been to this BCF multiple times and the customer service is always really good here. Staff always asking if help is required when roaming the floor too.Dealt with Ryan a couple of times now whom has been more than willing to offer his time and offer his advice without hesitation.Cheers mate!

Chloe was such an amazing help, and walked with me quite late to load my purchase into the car. Cusotmer service is amazing and the staff are all very friendly and inviting. Thank you!! ❤️

Made an expensive purchase ($2250) and realised the product wasnt suitable for my needs. Given my delay of several weeks in calling the shop to discuss a return I was very surprised at their understanding. Once they confirmed the product hadnt been used they readily gave me a refund. Much appreciated.

Great service from the team. Disappointed that there is no gas refill on the two occasions I have visited this store over the last 3 weeks. BBQ Galore in Midland does however offer this service.
