Busy Bees at Killarney Heights

Absolutely incredible director who is switched on and caring. Outstanding educators who have a passion to teach. They show genuine care for their students and they are excellent at communicating with parents.

Busy Bees Killarney heights is by far one of the best childcare centres. Every single one of the staff care for the children, they respect the children and parents. I always see the staff happy, smiling, extremely welcoming. The director Ash goes above and beyond for the children, parents and I reckon she would be the best boss anyone could ever have. My three boys go to busy bees they are incredibly happy there, and love there teachers.

We love it and always recommend to anyone who will listen!

My daughter used to go to busy bees and she loved her time there. Lovely environment and amazing educational opportunities with a strong connection to all primary schools in the area.

very disappointed.-they called us everyday to chase for the application when we showed our interest. after we submitted the application and deposit got deducted. we just couldn't contact them any more. no one picked up the call and no one returned our call.-randomly deducted fees from our bank account even when we have not started the child care yet. Same as before, no one picked our call and no one returned our call.-the most money driven child care I have ever seen-we walked pass the child care one day. we saw 2 kids fighting and other kids and screaming while the educator did not even realize after a few minutes. we decided to withdraw the application after we saw this.

I have been disappointed with their service for few reasons: 1 - They are not customer focus enough and too much profit/financial centered. 2 - They work more than a big corporate and very admin/process type when you would like a bit more of human/good sense decision sometimes. 3 - The admin background is a nightmare to deal with, doing regularly multiple errors and taking always a long time to fix it. Overall, if you are looking for a more family friendly center, I would suggest to go with a smaller Childcare center than this one.
