Don’t hire the staff who doesn’t have a proper knowledge about the work because you guys are misleading the information about licensing (whole vicroads doesn’t know that how can we get HR license)and its a vic roads not the local grocery store that it can work that way

Veronica, She is a legend…I went to change over license but half n hour late for my appointment…And No one is ready to change appointment however I have been in the office more than hour.. The person is not at all busy but he pretended he was busy .. I requested him because I traveled long and explained him today’s is my expiring though he refused to do…Veronica came forward and helped…Really appreciated

Any where people are dealing with customers if they can not speak fluent English they really can't be dealing with customers. My self I had to ask the VicRoads worker at the Bendigo location to repeat himself 4 times and still couldn't understand what he was saying only because another VicRoads employee stepped in and repeated what was said for myself could not make out anything he says said this really is unexpectedly due to his ability to not be able to speak clear english. Hope next time for a easier process.

Booked for an appointment week in advance to register a trailer. Travelled from Hallam, VIC 2.5hours and they cancelled the appointment saying a power outage.

I went to VicRoads Kyneton for driving test and had Steven as my testing officer. I can’t express in words how respectful he was to us. Such a beautiful professional customer service he had. Such a friendly and calm personality he has. Steven you are a great example of customer oriented Officer. I wish we had more Officer like you. My clients feel so comfortable with him. He always make nervous clients feel better and perform well with Steven. Thanks Steven for providing such an extraordinary customer service.

Excellent service from the lady that served me. She kept saying sorry for taking so long to do my boat rego transfer. But I told her it's fine. I know it gets busy in there.
