Greatly recommend, the team are highly skilled and have shown that they care about the clients service experience. It’s important to be able to trust a mechanics feedback on your cars needs and at TAG they have proven more than trustworthy to myself, friends and family over the past 5 years!

Went to total auto group to get a clockspring replaced ( a part in the steering for the horn to work) and was told a couple hours later that he couldn't get the part for anywhere which was fine but then reckon he found one at a wreckers and put it in and said it didn't fix the problem but charged me $300 just for the part let alone the labour to put it in but I knew it was that part that needed replacing so I got the boys at Toyota to change it and worked fine, then asked for a refund coz he put a broken part in my car and charged me for it but was told he couldn't. Not happy

After some issues with my previous mechanic I decided to bite the bullet and try another shop. Ben was very approachable and it felt like I had known him for years. After my service he gave me a report of what was wrong with my car and explained it in words I could understand. He didn't pressure me to book in my car to get the work done as he knew I was looking for a new mechanic and may want to try other places until I found the right one. See you next week Ben!
