Jasmin and Rizon team! There have been 2 seperate reports done with photos and videos showing illegal, defective work that Rizon has done! Have you even looked at these? When I called Rizon today no-one has even looked at these reports!!!! So STOP telling me it's possum wee! My whole roof is leaking! Mold growing on skylights etc. Says alot about your company!!!! DO NOT USE RIZON! Had a brand new roof put on the entire house + ceilings repaired by Rizon about a year ago. Had to move the whole family out for 3 months! Roof/cieling is leaking and stained again! Started leaking 5mins after they finished! Roofer came back 3 times to try and see what the issue was (I was told by him that it was possum wee! Hahahahaha and he won't come back) We got someone from the insurance to come out to do an independent report and see why our brand new (lifetime garantee) roof is having issues? We were told and shown photos and videos that most of the work Rizon did was illegal (yep, that's right!) and not up to Australian standards... wrong screws used and easily removed by hand! Blanketing coming out! nothing sealed properly! Wrong measurements And it goes on and on... (we also had other issues with them as well which I don't have the space here to go into...)When Rizon were contacted with the report their response was disgraceful!They simply said (in their words) Rizon take ZERO responsibility and it has nothing to do with them!

I was very impressed the my dealings with Rizon in Melbourne. They attended my property on time, provided good advice regarding some maintenance issues with my property. Best of all the work their tradie did to repair a gaping hole in my ceiling for an insurance claim, exceeded my expectations. The patched hole is seamless and has a great paint job. The tradesmen were friendly, worked hard, the work was started and completed on time. But I think we were most impressed with the plasterers, who did a beautiful job on our cornice.

Rizon was commissioned to carry out some damage repairs to our lounge room ceiling. We are very happy with the standard of the repair work done. The contractor was very efficient, friendly, clean and tidy, and has done an excellent job.

I saw my project supervisor once. Doesn't return texts or call when RACQ say he will. I have had to call RACQ at every step to get things moving again. It's been almost 12 months now without a half of my living area. Tilers haven't turned up again today. How am I expected too get furniture organised when I don't know when it will be completed. I have had had my things in storage for months now including clothing. My washing machine and dryer have been outside for months now and will need to be checked for rats nests before reinstalling.My caravan has been used as a bedroom so is unusable now but we still have to pay rego and insurance and roadside assist on it. Hurry up and get this job finished so we don't have continue calling, texting and complaining.Update: tilers will come today but it's 9am now.

Ben Weeks was the Rizon Project Manager for my Melbourne repairs. The coordination of tradies and work delivered was fantastic. Ben kept us informed and updated at all time. Excellent and professional service, thanks Rizon.

Rizon did a great job replacing fence, after a police chase and vehicle crashed into fence. A special thank you to Tahnia, for helping me though the process.

Recently, Rizon was assigned by our insurer to undertake corrective work to our unit's bathroom. Ben Weeks from Rizon managed the works from start to finish. I can not recommend them. Terrible experience for us. My tip is avoid and find a different company to work with. To your reply. We ask not to have to deal with you for our flood renovation, grateful we did not have to. We also have been informed that our insurance company is not using Rizon anymore after too many complains from members.
