Ability Care

This is poor quality organisation only after disable persons funding . They promise you haeven and earth which is totally a big lie. They are non professional with poor values. They looked after my son for only less 2 months and then I have to kick them out They were having 15 carrers in week and they used to lock them selves in their room when the situation become uncontroled or call the police. You try to raise your concern they were non resposive and reliable. My son destroyed the house where he was living in their care in less 2 months time where he was living for the fast 4 years. They started to look after my son on 18th december 2020 , they call the police atlest 10 times and my son ended inthe hospital around 15 th february 2021 and he is still their . I have learneds my lesson and i have fired them .Please do not engage this organisation for the sake of of your family

Ability Care has poor staff that don't really help plus the manager and support workers can bullying the clients I am in Ability Care and I have been bullied from support workers and managers I have been to disability program that helps me more better than the support workers and managers in Ability Care. Ability Care is not good the house I used to live in they left my mail and medications out the front of the gate for everyone to get to so I recommend don't go with the company ability care as it is not good I wasted my time trying to get those as I was also at work so I only had 2 hours at work Thanks to ability care
