Absolutely beautiful home, its perfect right down to the furniture,

Poor aftercare service, unresolved defects after 4 monthsWe have been extremely disappointed and frustrated by the aftercare service provided by Clarendon Homes. Despite reporting defects in our new home during the handover process, we have been waiting for over 4 months for these issues to be resolved. In the meantime, no work has been done on the house since handover.This lack of progress has significantly stalled our plans to move into our new home, which has been both costly and time-consuming. We are unable to move in and settle down until the defects are fixed, and we are understandably hesitant to allow people to come in and out of our home once we have moved in.Overall, we are extremely dissatisfied with the aftercare service provided by Clarendon Homes, and we would not recommend them to other potential customers. Our experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and we hope that others can learn from our experience before making a decision to work with this company.
