If i could give Zero stars i would.So rude and disrespectful. Shaming a customer for not being able to afford a hairdresser. As thats the reason i was there, to get advice on how to colour my hair at home.Instead i was reduced to tears in the middle of their store, humiliated!!Do not recommend this place, it costs NOTHING to be kind!!! Appalling behaviour!

The women in this store are so rude, I'm not even sure how they are still open. I went in and asked for igora ice flower and one of the women told me if had now been renamed to pearl" have gotten it home and realised it is most definitely not the same thing... the numbers aren't even the same... avoid at all costs. Intend on reporting to consumer affairs as this is just disgusting..."

Very rude and don’t have a lot of stock. Expensive with colours. Thought I’d go there because it’s closer. Next time I’ll drive to Turnleys instead.
