Sorry I don't normally pen these sort of responses, but staff on last Saturday at the Eastland's store 27 May 2023 where not exactly engaging with customers, only to be happy chatting at the service counter between themselves. Perhaps some better training might be of use. The item I was looking for wasn't available, but I was referred to non House kitchenware businesses that may stock what I was after.Sorry I wont be back.
