Volunteer Fire Station. On-Call 24/7. The C.F.A could not operate without the vast numbers of volunteer Fire Brigades and the thousands of highly trained volunteers both rural and urban. Many stations of course are manned by full-time staff as well, in the more populated areas. Eaglehawk is an all Volunteer Station. Eaglehawk Fire Brigade was formed in 1873. The volunteers at Eaglehawk have evolved into a highly trained unit, with sophisticated modern fire trucks, as opposed to the much older, basic appliances. Keep up the good work.
