My dealing with Direct Solar Wholesaler was fantastic from sales consultant, operation and installation team. The Sales consultant answered my enqueries, designed a proper solar system based on my house and provided a quote. The installation team were punctual, polite and efficient. Customer service was 100% in organising and explaining things to me. I definitely recommend!!!

All solar companies may provide similar products, what makes direct solar understanding definitely is the service. Based on my real experience, they did a fantastic job when my solar got technical issue 2 years after the installation. Jack is a really helpful guy and just sort the issue out in 2 days after I reported it without any extra charge. In nowadays, at this point of time, it is rare to get one with this rapid response when you were in trouble.

From the inspection, quoting and handover, the team is so friendly and experienced, and excellent customer service. The electrician is knowledgeable and efficient.
