We recently moved from a rental property managed by Miles that we lived in for over 7 years. They were a brilliant agency, especially our property manager- Carly. Professional, effective, responsive and flexible. I would recommend Miles and in particular Carly, to anyone. From a tenants perspective, they were great.

We recently sold our property with Miles and I cannot emphasis enough of how professional and efficient this Company was. The entire process from start to finish ran effortlessly; it was outstanding team work where everyone was coordinated perfectly, making it a very easy experience for us.The Auction results were above what we anticipated and this was all due to the professionalism of the Auctioneer - Brad Pearce. The property Manager- Karissa kehagias is a very friendly, energetic nice lady. She gave us an appointment time and was at the place well ahead before the time to make us happy. Her customer-oriented behaviour made us motivated to approach the property. She is an asset to Miles.

Using Miles Real Estate to first, lease out a property for 10 years to a tenant Miles R E found, then later to sell the property has been a surprisingly effortless and pleasant experience.Mile Real Estate’s property managers during the renting-out phase were always efficient and helpful. The last few years with Mr Ming Kok as property manager was a particularly easy experience; Ming was always helpful, highly competent, and constantly on the ball with suggestions.Similarly, selling the property with Mr Brad Pearce of Miles Real Estate was effortless and stress-free.
