I have been there since 2019. I usually have my hair cut and dye. I am always happy with there great service. They are professional, very friendly and helpful. If you are Japanese and look for a Japanese beauty salon, I would recomend here!

I’ve been living in Melbourne for almost 5 years. I have visited many different salons and this Japanese hair salon is the best in Melbourne. Their hairstylists are all from Japan but can speak beautiful English. My wife always satisfies my haircuts. :)

Yoko is friendly, professional and communicative. She was so nice to provide me hairstyle ideas when she knew I was going to have wedding soon. She styled my hair even I had fringe cut. Always walk out happily.

This is the first time I have my hair done in a Japanese salon in Melbourne. As a new customer, I just love the service they provided! Mami (my hair dresser) had given me great advice on choosing the hair colour and she taught me how to do hair treatment at home as well. I am going to revisit again next time when I need another hair cut or colouring!

Worst customer service ever. Booked in 1 month in advance for a Saturday 2pm straightening hair treatment appointment and when i turned up was told she can’t do it as her system showed my appointment was 1 hour earlier. No contact whatsoever was made to let me know about the change in time. So disappointed! Won’t recommend them at all. Wasted my whole Saturday where i schedule my whole work around this!

Been to this place monthly for almost 3 years, quality service and very friendly staff. There are also a range of good Japanese product like wax, shampoo and conditioner not available in local stores. Highly recommended place for your hair.

My go-to hair salon whenever I need some TLC for my hair. The hairdressers are very welcoming and professional. They never pressure with add ons or upselling products, which I really appreciate. Their mantra is to cut well and provide a cut that lasts, not for the short-term but in the long run as well.
