Can not rate the team at Pedders highly enough. The 2 inch lift they put in our MQ Triton was exactly what they said it would be. Much better ride in general and also towing our caravan. The guys were very informative and a pleasure to deal with. They also showed my wife the upmost respect when picking up the ute. Price was extremely competitive. If you're thinking of upgrading or having any repairs done to your vehicle, do yourself a favour and get into Pedders Cairns. Their workmanship , attention to detail and attitude towards customers is second to none and the best I've found in FNQ by far.

Thanks Colin and his team . Had the 100 series for a $28 inspection, the guys found many issues with worn parts and replaced too many things to list . Wow just wow the car is like new , can’t thank the professional service and attitude enough from Colin , so much advice and explanation of what work was completed.Definitely will be back .Off to the Cape now .

Peter was very rude on the phone after calling and giving the make and model of my car and asking for a new bush, tried to explain the best way I could the part I was chasing but obviously called it the wrong name and we were talking about two seperate things, I was asking lots of questions because I didn’t understand what he was talking about he proceeded to say “whatever mate” and hung up on me, I then went into the shop to try get a better understanding he wasn’t really interested in helping me at this stage and said “ah well you seem to know everything”.

If you need any suspension work, my advice is Call or e-mailPeter.Honestly he is one of the most helpful people in the industry.No matter how busy he is, he always gets back to you.He gives advice even if the job can't be done and gives a good explanation.And when the team do a job they do it very efficiently.The Prices are good along with the service.Don't bother going elsewhere for a quote.They are busy so booking is a must but worth the wait.

Ive used Pedders Cairns for several items in previous years and Peters service has always been exceptional. My recent visit saw a fair amount of work being needed and it was Colin who assisted me in a very helpful and professional manner. After an inspection I received a call detailing what items really needed doing and discuss costs. All my approved work was completed the same day and much appreciation to Colin and his team for getting the work done so efficiently.

Not happy with the service we received from Pedders Cairns.We took it there for our first check after a Pedders GVM upgrade preformed in Brisbane.Peter was rude and dismissive when we reported the fact tyres were wearing badly.Brand new car with Pedders modifications yet wheel alignment was completely out after its first check up. He blamed driver error, (roundabouts) said it wasn’t his responsibility.Took it to Tough Tyres for a wheel alignment who fixed it up and suggested that nothing was done about the wheel alignment after upgrade was completed.

Hi, took my recently acquired, 2009 coil-over Maloo in to Peter and Scott, initially apprehensive on a positive outcome, as it has turned into a bit of a BOAT (bring out another thousand) and was riding like a bucket of bolts. Peter looked it over and gave an expert opinion on the ride issues, booked it in, got the job done to Peter's expert recommendations and it has improved the coiler suspension ride by 120% at least. Rides like a dream, super happy, worth every penny, wish the wife felt the same.
