From arranging a call out for a quote to delivery and installation the service has been prompt with constant coms to advise times and date and if the schedule changes. On the delivery day Mike called me directly, as he was ahead of schedule, to check if it was ok to come early - very rare these days to get that kind of customer service.The doors were removed, allowing me to clean out all the building rubble left in the grooves, Mike assisted me and made sure all doors, when replaced, were functioning well and lockable.The new pet door has been installed with full consideration to placement following a discussion with me. The service, installation and overall service has been fabulous.The quality of the workmanship and friendliness have been wonderful and I would have no hesitation in highly recommending their services.

We had our doggy door (with the panel) swapped to the sliding door as we needed to put dryer. It was very easy to organise this over the phone and Michael came out and swapped it with no issues. Great work! Thank you.

So pleased with our new doggy door from Doors 4 Paws. Michael conducted a measure and check providing great advice on size, type, location of door and training tips for use. A week and a half later the door was installed and we are amazed at the quality. Our custom built in door uses the highest quality of glass and materials, looks stylish and is easy to use. Our 13 week old Goldie, Spud, was fully trained using the door consistently within a day. I cannot recommend this company enough, service was impeccable.

The work was done efficiently and they were on time and very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to others who need this service.
