The last two visits to this salon have been fantastic. Gigi was brilliant and friendly as were the other ladies there.But after visiting there today with my mum, and my 4 year old daughter we will never be going there again.Took 2.5 hours for a manicure and pedicure. They put people in front of us who they wished. Said yes to everyone who walked in the door and two left during our time there.The lady who did my daughters nails didn’t even cut her nails and half painted them. They left my mum half way sitting there during her manicure to serve the next new person who walked in.My daughter cried and said that the lady there scared her and she was so cranky with her for no reason whatsoever. It was an awful and stressful experience.My nails were all smudged, I couldn’t believe it was the same nail salon we’d been to before.When I wanted to complain they ignored me and refused to tell me who the new boss was as the business is now under new management as of 3 months ago.Definitely do not go here, especially if you have a child!

Sadly, first and last time here. Friendly people, but terrible service. My pedicure was more like a foot bath. It was the quickest pedicure I’ve ever had done. My feet were still rough after it was done. I got shellac on my nails, which in the past (pre Covid times) has lasted 2-4 weeks. It looked pretty when it was done, but I’m 8/9 days out and my polish is peeling off. The manicure I got was very basic and rushed. They were really busy, but we had a booking and so I feel that should take priority and mean it should not be a rushed job.

We had infills and black marbled polish. Gigi was friendly and professional and spent extra time repairing the terrible job done elsewhere. They look amazing so happy. This has to be the best nail salon in the central coast.

First and last time at this nail salon. Pedicure was rushed although shallac toe nails were ok. SNS on my nails absolutely dreadful. Didn’t keep to original nail shape until too late, meaning my pointy nails ended up showing skin at the side. They looked so weird. I had one nail break within a couple of days and 7 nails break within a week and a half. Due to only dipping twice I think. I’m upset by this as they were my real nails underneath so I’ll need to pay for false next time. I couldn’t be bothered to go back and tell them as never want to go there again!

The BEST nail salon I’ve been ro. They finished a simple acrylic set in an hour, my nails are all straight and even and the ladies were the nicest women I’ve ever met.

Gigi did my nails and did exactly what I asked for, perfectly. Friendly and lovely staff and it was 100% my best experience getting my nails done ever. Worth the money, amazing quality and absolutely gorgeous outcome.

They are alway so lovely and I always have the best experience! Hands down best nail salon on the Coast!
